ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Duke Energy today said it will elevate Melissa Seixas to serve as president of Duke Energy Florida, effective Feb. 16. Currently vice president government and community relations for Duke Energy Florida, Seixas will succeed Catherine Stempien, who is leaving at the end of February for a position outside of the company.
