The Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce our 6th Annual 12 Days of Christmas event presented by Duke Energy. Tickets for the event will be available for purchase beginning at noon on November 2, 2022 and will be on sale through noon on November 28, 2022; tickets may be purchased for $10 each or 3 for $25. Beginning November 30, 2022, we will hold our “First Day of Christmas” daily prize drawing. Thereafter, daily prize drawings will take place Monday through Friday until the Twelfth Day of Christmas on December 15, 2022. Our final grand prize drawing of $500 will be LIVE, followed by a fun Christmas party!
As in past years, we are seeking 78 prize donations from our members and community for the event. If you are interested in donating a prize, we ask that the prize have a minimum value of $50; you may even combine several prizes in order to reach the $50 threshold. However, even if a prize donation is less than the $50 threshold, we can still combine prize donations with other prize donations in order that each of the prizes has a minimum value of $50. You or your company may provide as many prizes as you would like, and you will be acknowledged for each and every prize donation you make. Businesses are free to make business prize donations; business prize donations may (but do not have to) bear a company logo in order to qualify as a business prize donation.
Examples of prizes include, but are not limited to, gift cards (i.e. online and local retail, grocery, gas, restaurant, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), gift baskets, movie tickets, tickets to sporting or live events or even cash. We request that your donated prizes not be “discount” or “coupon” prizes, but a full fledged gift. We also ask that you let us know the full retail value of your prize donation so that we can document our event records.
Beginning immediately, the Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce will be publicizing and promoting the “12 Days of Christmas” event on our social media accounts and on the Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce Website. After daily drawings take place, we will also be posting information on our Facebook page and Maitland Area Chamber of Commerce website regarding each daily drawing, prize donors – and their donated prizes won each day – as well as daily winners selected.
