Dolly Parton was dubbed a "Titan of Children's Literacy" by the Library of Congress and was awarded an honorary lifetime membership to the American Library Association. As a staunch advocate for literacy, her Imagination Library program has sent over 330 million free books to children worldwide. For this, we choose to honor her with an evening of laughter and community.

The collective internet has dubbed 9/25 as the unofficial "Dolly Parton Day". In celebration, we will be showing her film 9 to 5 the evening before on Thursday, September 24. Doors will open at 6:00pm, with the movie starting at 6:30pm. Feel free to bring your own refreshments (no alcohol). We'll have light refreshments available. Bring friends or make new ones here. Pour yourself a cup of ambition and enjoy the laughter as we honor the legacy of this remarkable woman.
