When we experience loss, of any kind, it's not uncommon to feel intense emotions that are often difficult to express. Art has the ability to help us see life and our problems from a different perspective.
You don't need to be an artist to benefit from Expressive Art. The techniques we use can help you understand and express your emotions, reduce stress and emotional pain, increase self-awareness and intuition. Expressive Art can also help you identify patterns and beliefs that interfere with your ability to feel at peace.
At this workshop, participants will learn the basics of color, symbols and affirmations to express, understand and release emotions in a way that verbal communication is sometimes incapable of.
This workshop is for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one.
