    NextStep Orlando is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and making a meaningful impact on our community. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily operations and help advance our mission. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and passionate about serving others. 

    Responsibilities for Part-Time Office Assistant ? Provide administrative support to staff, leadership, and program teams ? Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries ? Greet and assist clients, visitors, and community members in a warm and professional manner ? Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain shared calendars ? Maintain and organize office files, records, and program documentation ? Assist with data entry, donor tracking, and basic reporting ? Support coordination of events, workshops, and community outreach activities ? Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including donor correspondence and thank-you letters ? Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace ? Assist with light bookkeeping tasks ? Provide general support for fundraising and administrative initiatives
