We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team and drive growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. 

    Job Description: 

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Managed Services Group, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by generating new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospects, introducing them to our services, and qualifying them as potential clients. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the target market. Utilize various tools, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking, to generate new leads while working within HubSpot to record your sales activity. 

    1. Initial Contact: Initiate first contact with prospects to introduce Managed Services Group and its Managed IT services. Present a compelling value proposition to capture their interest. 

    1. Qualification: Conduct in-depth discussions with leads to understand their IT needs, pain points, and budget. Determine if they are a good fit for our services and qualify them as potential clients. 

    1. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects. Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the designated sales team member. 

    1. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in HubSpot, our CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up and nurturing of leads. 

    1. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to the sales management team. 


    • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales. 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. 

    • Familiarity with HubSpot and sales automation tools. 

    • Knowledge of IT services and technology is a plus. 

    • Professional, accountable, responsible, pays attention to detail 

    • Excellent written & oral communication skills, including typing proficiency 

    • Time management, highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, highly fluid, multi-tasking environment 

    • Receptive, responsive & positive Individual 

    • Maintain & improve client & internal documentation 

    • Able to thrive in a team environment and communicate constructively & effectively 

    • Document internal processes and procedures related to positional duties and responsibilities 

    • Responsible for entering time and expenses promptly & accurately 

    • Manage a daily schedule with the Sales Team. 

    • Able to absorb, understand the Service Offerings provided by Managed Services Group 

     Position and Work Hours: This is a full-time salary & commissionable position. As an SDR, you will report to the Sales Team and Chief Operating Officer.  Typical work hours are from 7:45am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. However, due to the nature of the business, you may be asked to work overtime or outside of normal business hours on an as needed basis.   

    Compensation: Compensation based on experience.  After 90 days of employment, i.e., commonly known as probationary period with Managed Services Group, Inc., you will receive a performance & salary review, then annually henceforward. All employees are paid on the 1st and 16th of each month.
